Large, spacious room with a comfortable bed and a small sitting area. Excellent high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
Had some issues with the air conditioning—it was noisy and hard to regulate, impacting sleep quality. Breakfast was underwhelming with cheap milk and not-so-ripe fruit, which left something to be desired.

Conveniently located just blocks from a major shopping center, the hotel has friendly staff and a complete breakfast, though I did find the room layout somewhat awkward for two.

Great stay with friends! The location is perfect for exploring the Costanera Center and nearby restaurants. The breakfast buffet was a highlight each morning, fueling our adventures. I recommend checking out the local crafts while you stroll back from the mall. We'll definitely come back!
One downside was the lack of coffee or tea supplies in the room, which was a bit inconvenient in the mornings. I suggest bringing your own if you enjoy morning brews.

The Executive room was clean and comfortable. It had a cozy vibe with a decent-sized sitting area. The location is fantastic, with restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to explore. Breakfast was a mixed bag. while there were nice options, the quality on some days was just average. One major issue was the reception staff. they seemed unhelpful and didn’t offer much info when I asked. That put a bit of a damper on the experience. The early breakfast timing on weekends didn’t fit well with my plans either. I would have appreciated if breakfast started earlier than 8 am, especially for those on early tours. All in all, there are some good points but also some areas needing attention.

Solo traveler, a good place to recharge
The staff was super nice, as soon as I arrived they welcomed me like an old friend and made sure I felt at home. The breakfast was just incredible, a buffet with eggs, fruits, and more. started my day off right!
It wasn't inexpensive, but considering the atmosphere and service, it was acceptable.
